St Nicholas Market has Bristol's largest collection of independent retailers

Bristol's Slow Food Market is coming back to St Nicholas Market this summer.
The event, which includes a mix of over 30 food stalls, special menus and cooking demonstrations, will take place on 2 May from 10am to 3pm.
As part of the event, St Nicholas Market will also be open on the Sunday morning for the first time ever.
Organisers hope that visitors will "eat, drink and be merry" in a bid to ensure that Slow Sunday becomes a "Bristol institution".
They say that Slow Sunday is "a chance to step off the fast lane, relax and enjoy the simple things in life."
