Your photos can feature other elements as well as water
If you're near water on Monday, take a snap of it for a big project which could see your image displayed on BBC Big Screens around the country.
Your photo of "the water's edge" can be of the sea, a lake, a river, a canal or even a puddle - but it must be taken on Monday 21 June: the Summer Solstice.
The aim is to set a world record for the most photos taken and collected from a nation on the longest day.
You need to submit your image via text or email by 5pm on 28 June 2010.
- You can text your photo, starting the message with WATER, then the time and location, to 81333 (texts charged at standard rate).
- Email your image to water@mybigscreen.co.uk including the time and location.
A selection of the photos submitted will be displayed on BBC Big Screens around the country - including the Bristol screen in Millennium Square - between 23 and 25 July (the London 2012 Open Weekend 2010).
Please visit the My Big Screen website for full terms and conditions.
